After a period as an investment banker in Eastern Europe in the mid 1990's, he set up an airline consulting operation which included aircraft sales and executive jet charter. Mr. Chlumecky has worked as Cessna's and Gulfstream's Area Sales Representative, marketing new Citation and Gulfstream products in Eastern Europe. Mr. Chlumecky heads up the used aircraft for Africa and eastern European for Vance & Engles Aircraft Brokers, Inc. Tomas is currently located in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
